Strict engineering guidelines produced a range of low pressure ambient air vaporisers that has sufficient ground clearance and spacing between the aluminium fins, ensuring maximum air circulation.
 
Our new range features three different star-fin profiles, each chosen as the optimum for the fluid phase at that point in the vaporiser. In general, we have more heat surface area where the temperature difference with the ambient air becomes less. This results in a gas temperature approaching ambient, even after eight hours of full continuous duty.

Furthermore, ice bridging between the adjacent serial tubes is minimised as liquid phase tubes have a centre to centre distance of 450 mm !

As the vaporiser is all aluminium, no unsightly corrosion will appear on your customer site.

Vaporiser design meets all applicable codes as outlined is ASME, AD-Merkblätter and Stoomwezen for a maximum working pressure of 40 bar. As we supply our vaporisers all over Europe, all regional authorities, such as Polish UDT and Italian ISPESL can be covered. Vaporisers also meet the design principles as outlined in the European Pressure Equipment Directive, therefore the units will be supplied with the appropriate CE-marking.
